Our 7-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your audios. If you're not, email support@hiddencommands.com within 7 days of your purchase, using the email address you bought with, and we will refund the full amount you paid. You don't need to give a reason.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is processed, access to the collection is removed.

Digital content and the right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

Our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose that right. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access and acknowledge this.

This does not affect our 7-day money-back guarantee described above, which still applies, or any rights you have if the content is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or missing content

If an audio won't play, a link doesn't work, or you didn't receive access, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, at any time.

Repeated refund requests

To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, we may decline refund requests from customers who repeatedly buy and request refunds.
